As for the town...eh Edited October 27, 2022 by mrflynn03

But kinda using the "beauty" of Galveston as a backdrop...

It was a bit more Pop than Quadrophenia, maybe that's why.

mrflynn03
This sounds familiar.... The preacher man says it's the end of time And the Mississippi River, she's a-goin' dry The interest is up and the stock market's down And you only get mugged if you go downtown

She loved him! In the summer of 2017 he was playing in Detroit and I offered to take her. She said she didn't want to go and would catch him the next time he came to Indy. Of course a couple months later he died. Edited October 28, 2022 by jefftheref 1

5fouls
Songs of my life: 1976 One of my first albums. The album was released in December 1976, the single in February 1977. Either will work, so I'll put this classic in 1976. I always though the song was spooky. mrflynn03
This song is relatable and sums up how I feel. I'm an outdoorsman and have been to 38 states and Canada twice. Done some outdoor activity in alot of them. Even spent a month in SW Colorado building a house on a mountain. Hand fed an alligator pork chops off a dock in the swamps of Louisiana.
