Lawrence coming into this game 53% completion percentage 187 ypg Today 28/34 378 yards Before today the most yards he had was 220. Last two years the Colts defense was ranked in the bottom 5 in the league and was last in yards per game. No way he should have been brought back but he was. This year the defense is once again at the bottom of the league and can't stop the passing game. His defense routinely gives up around 70% completion percentage and is there again this year. Everybody I have heard talking about his s defense states it is to vanilla and easy to move the ball against it. You have to go back to 2019 for the last time Bradley had a defense that was in the teens since then: 2020 with Chargers: ranked 23rd 2021 (with raiders) defense ranked 26th 2022 defense ranked 30th 2023 defense ranked 28th 2024 isn't showing any difference, when you are consistent bottom of the league defense that's a coaching problem. Lamar gifted them the game by fumbling and the Bengals run three straight up the middle when Chase had 1 on 1 coverage on the outside? It wasn't like they were at the 10 yard line. Week 1 Mixon with the most yardage he has had since 2021 Week 2 Jacobs the most yards he has had since 2022 The last 3 weeks all 3 QB's has had their career high in yards. CB Dallas Flowers was waived today after getting torched yesterday. This is just another case of how bad Ballard's roster management is. He kept defending himself for not signing any DB's in the off season because he loved his young guys. Flowers and undrafted free agent who was coming of an Achilles injury Brents coming off missing 8 games with 7 different injuries and is now hurt again. Blackman who also was coming over FF missing the last few games with injuries and hav missed a lot of games due injury throughout his career Jones a 7th rounder last year who is a descent player but just read where he ranks 68 out of 75 CB's. Cross is playing alright this year but hadn't done anything his first two years. Also in the last two years he drafted 3 CB's that never even made the roster their rookie year.
