East Central had won 7 of the last 9 sectionals. And, Mooresville, the team that won the two times East Central didn't, is now in Sectional 22. Bedford North Lawrence move in after playing in the Evansville area sectional last year. Charlestown moves up from 3A Records last year and last 5 years for each team in Sectional 23.
