Unfortunately he very much like Reneau seems to be adamant about not being a 5 from what I can tell He “projects” as a 4 at the next level but I don’t see it. Has a better face up game and range than Reneau but is only a mid-level athlete. I had a close friend coach against him in AAU two summers ago tell me that at his potential, he’s a top 5 player in the class. He didn’t say it but seemed to imply the dreaded word “motor” wasn’t always there; settled for jump shots, didn’t work to get positioning down low, etc etc, granted it was one game. I think the difference between Tiller and Reneau is that Tiller plays a lot bigger than Reneau despite being similar sizes and builds. As much as we want Reneau to commit to being a 5, there’s a reason he isn’t.

I can’t say much beyond what I’ve read so we will have to see.

Hoosierdave
FWIW, this dude has received three predictions to KU today. https://www.on3.com/db/sebastian-williams-adams-158751/ Some sites list him as either a SF or PF, so not sure if it will impact Tiller. That guy is a PF just like Tiller. I actually had someone today try telling me Tiller could be a SF. I thinking to myself that would be Mike Woodson’s dream in past years lol

Popular Post Maedhros
Oh brother. We're coming off a portal season wherein three of the best 20 or so players available chose to play for Indiana. A fourth kid grew up an Indiana fan, despite not being alive the last time we were in the Final Four, and now gets to wear that uniform in Assembly Hall. The same is true for Trent Sisley, a top 100 recruit we landed just a week ago over Purdue. Now we're in the top two for a five-star target, who had offers from every blue blood out there but eliminated them and kept only us and the two-time national champions. But Jalen Haralson - another five-star recruit with offers from Duke, Purdue, Kansas, but who thought well enough of Indiana to cut them and have us in his final two - goes somewhere else. So now everyone who feels a certain way about the program in general or Mike Woodson specifically gets to have their priors validated. It's the very definition of confirmation bias. 9

Jalen Haralson chose Notre Dame over every other school that offered him (IU, MSU, Duke, Kansas, Auburn, etc) because Notre Dame is the only school that can hand him the keys from day 1 and let him be the "man". It's as simple as that. Anybody suggesting otherwise (cough @dgambill) is simply trying to push an agenda. Notre Dame went against conventional wisdom and may very well lose a very good PG in Markus Burton because of it.
