Tracking Instagram follows is just weird lol Really good find there. Maybe it’s nothing but it also could be significant. I don’t think Cuban is following just any 5 star recruit. Drroogh
Y’all are just like the Kansas and National people! You keep bringing up history! Newsbreak CAM isn’t walking through the door anymore! Championships, CMW has stated clearly time and time again he came to IU to win championships. Player development? Why isn’t Ejiofor in the draft, when both JHS and TJD are projected higher than anyone thought they would be at the beginning of the year? Y’all need to stop with the negativity! JABBATHEHOOSIER
The negativity here can be so grating. IU is one of the finalists for a top 10 player who was on nobody's radar a few weeks back. We should be enjoying that, not whining about how we have no chance against Kansas. I feel good about this one.

Unless Woodson and staff were able to just build a major relationship with MM and his parents, which is entirely possible, Kansas just makes sense. Sure, IU can offer a more featured role offensively, but at Kansas you are all but assured a top 10 ranking all season, conference title, legit shot at a conference tournament title and a top 2 seed in the Tournament. So many other things are equal or maybe even slightly in IU's favor, but the above is a big one IMO. I don't buy that KU roster is this great team. They really only have two players back from last year so it will be a new team as well. Two of the transfers you don't know how to they will do at KU. Timberlake is going up a couple of levels and the kid from Texas didn't do much last year. Edited May 12, 2023 by IU Scott

DC2345
Sometimes kids say things on visits that make coaching staffs think they may land a kid. Then that kid takes another visit and changes their mind or at least starts to second guess their original thought process. This has happened many times and could very well be what happened with MM and why KU fans have been so confident with no new information to go on. It could go either way today when it's all said and done.
Drroogh
If I was the one making the decision and all things seemed equal, I’d choose IU to let everyone stating they know me they don’t!!

That would have made more sense with Louisville. He had no prior connections to the IU staff that I am aware of.

But feels confident about it, seems like the Mark Cuban follow spooked them a little.
