IU Scott Posted August 30 Report Share Posted August 30 First of all I still hate the extra inning rule of having a runner start the inning in second base. Today is a great example why the Brewers are a first place team and the Reds are a bad team. Top of the 10th tied at 4 Brewers first batter bunt single to put runners in first and third. Next batter grounded into a DP but the run scored 5-4. Bottom of the 19th the Reds first batter strikes out and the second batter pops up. The third batter there was a wild pitch and then a walk. David Bell has to be the biggest moron I have seen managing the Reds. He keeps bringing in the backup catcher to pitch and tonight he has given up 6 runs.
