Marlins win 3 way tiebreaker with Reds and Dbacks on the strength of having the best record in common games with the other 2. They no longer have play in games for the wild card. Today is a big game and down 4-2 going to the 7th. We have a guy pitching that hadn't pitched above AA and has a 9.00 ERA. He has given up 4 runs to go down 8-2. Both runners scored which resulted in the final score. So E'ville moves on and sets up the deciding game tonight at Bosse Field!! Phew... Unfortunaely, not the way the players and fans wanted. the Otters lost to the Quebec Capitales 12-3 in the championship game.
