Very strange play…stop the clock and give the opposing team a chance score when up by 3, with only 32 sec left in the game. That’s insane….good thing they won.

I would argue that CMW has had a major impact on TJD (much more than 1%). Granted he’s a very gifted athlete, and always has been, but the improvement over his two years with coach Woodson is dramatic. There are and have been a lot of gifted athletes that never even sniff the league. That’s where work and coaching come into the equation. Of course, there’s always exceptions where talent and talent alone get them there, but not often.

Talent, hard work and good coaching (in order) = success at the next level.

JHS will be CMW’s 1st recruit to make it to the NBA, and probably Reneau at some point. And it could be argued that TJD’s development under Woodson, is what will get him to the NBA.

24/7 Sports has reranked their preseason Top 25 freshmen based on the season so far, and JHS is up from #22 to #8. Would love to see him back, but he may play himself into a 1st round pick and be gone…enjoy him while we can.

I enjoyed yesterday’s win so much, I’m watching it again on tape, and it’s just as good the second time!

I think we were all holding our breath. That could have been the season right there.

Don’t disagree

I went with JHS because TJD and Edey basically played to a draw, leaving JHS as best of the rest, especially at the end of the game, if that makes sense.

What’s up with Duncombe? It looks like a wasted year. I hope he stays around, because he has talent and could still be a good (not great) player for us.

Agree, those were exceptions, but boy we didn’t bring it to Maryland.

Man, if we could only play with that type of focus/intensity on the road.
