Don’t want to get too excited, but considering all the chatter we’ve heard that Duke was a done deal, it’s a good sign he didn’t commit on the spot. If we can get him on campus for his last official visit, we might still have a shot.

I didn’t really expect this, because I didn’t think we were at a point yet to compete with the likes of Kansas for top recruits. I can’t overstate how big this is for future recruiting battles, especially, if it translates into winning titles and NBA draft picks. 😁 🤚🤚🤚

Agree, you gotta go for it, but hopefully in most years, we won’t have the need for 5 transfers, and can go with the guys we originally recruited.

Unfortunately, thats the reality of today’s game.

And the fact these guys with only one year left want to make the biggest splash possible, so they’ll go to the school where they think that’s possible. Remember, the ultimate goal for all these guys is the NBA, not medical school. In Ware’s case, he may have wanted to be coached/developed, since he has three years left, so he chose IU and CMW.
