I know this is all anecdotal but one of my wifes clients is an ER doctor at Memorial Hospital in Jasper. Less than a dozen covid patients in months. Hmmm.
The Indiana Department of Health site has the ability to filter data by county. I'm assuming there is only one hospital in Dubois County. Could be situation where a nursing home hit hard and the patients bypassed the ER, I guess.

Probably. I only participate in about 7-8 threads on the board. I see you guys having all sorts of fun in some of these other threads and made the decision to let you guys keep doing that.
I was not being serious. Dakich would enjoy someone posting that about him though.

We've been lucky enough as IU fans to be raised or watch one of the greatest coaches of all time.
Doesn't this belong in the Dakich thread?

And 11 others are in danger of being locked down. We are right in the midst of these zip codes, but ours isn't one of them yet.
Are all of these within the 'city'?

There have been a few guys do both at IU.
I know Hillman did it, but I think the seasons were different back then and baseball started later. Plus, Hillman was not a potential 1st round pick in the MLB draft either. Just could not see Montgomery being on the basketball team during March when the baseball season has already ramped up.

The seasons overlap so much in college.

I'm not saying the Cowboys will do that. I'm just saying that if they get their defense fixed, they have a chance with 3 beatable non-conference teams on the schedule. The other 3 teams in the division are so bad, they have no chance.
-
The only path to an 8-8 division winner I see is if the Cowboys sweep all 6 division games and beat 2 of 3 from the Cardinals, Vikings, and Bengals. The only home game among those 3 games is the Cardinals. Their other remaining non-conference foes are the Steelers, Ravens, and 49ers,

The October 22nd Sunday night game could easily feature an 0-5-1 Eagles versus an 0-6 Giants team.

Very well could. Someone has to get hot, don't they?
It could literally even be a 5-10-1 division winner if the Eagles sweep their remaining 5 division games. They will be underdogs in every single non-division game the remainder of the season.

I've been shaving my head for close to 10 years. One of the best decisions I ever made.
My head started shaving itself when I was in my mid-20s.

I think you mean the Bears game. 💪😎🥃
What he meant to say is that the Bears will lose in the early evening instead of mid-afternoon.

Talk about taking your role seriously. The Chiefs scout team QB, who has been playing Newton in practice, has also tested positive for the virus. That is so 2020.

I came across the policy for what state parks are doing for trick or treating this year. I'm all for taking precautions where necessary, but seriously, some of this stuff is hilariously over-protective.
-Trick or treating limited to campers only, no one from the general public may attend (good luck with that one).
-Anyone handing out treats must be masked
-All trick or treaters must be masked, even if they have a mask as part of their costume
-Candy must be handed to the trick or treaters instead of letting them choose from a bowl
-Everyone handing out treats must use hand sanitizer or disinfectant after handing out each piece of candy
-After children are finished, each wrapped candy must be wiped down with disinfectant and left for 24 hours before unwrapping it to eat
Just think, someone making pretty good money actually thinks all this is necessary.
When I was a kid, we had similar instructions on how to check for razor blades and things like that.

He was really good as a coach, of that Reggie team. He then made some good, and some bad, draft decisions. He then single-handedly deconstructed and ruined the Pacers. That's really not debatable. By the time PG left, he had -- literally -- no players around him that he started with. Bird either moved or lost every single player PG started with. That's pathetic. He is also the only coach I can think of who publicly ridiculed his star, PG, and while trying to force him to play the 4 -- bang against power forwards -- immediately after returning from his season-long absence and almost career-ending injury. That was incredibly stupid. It was also a result of his pig-headedness. And it led to his leaving, as PG was leaving. Then Pritch had to completely re-build the Pacers.
My view on Bird isn't that he's a dumb man. It's that he basically ruined the team he had a role in building, and he became a pig-headed, stupid director of player ops. That's what he was.
I just got a text from Larry. You are officially off his Christmas Card list.
Thought you might want to know.

Funny you bring this up. First thing each morning...I better taste the cinnamon I add to my coffee....and I always smell my disinfectant wipes just to make sure. Once I do those two things I feel like I made another day. Haha.
Just be careful not to get those two things mixed up. Smelling the cinnamon may not be too bad. But, tasting the disinfectant wipes....

Glad to hear they are advance planning. My fantasy team needs Michael Thomas, even more so this week with Golladay on a bye week.
