Just looked at the AP poll after yesterday’s games. MSU is up to 11th in the nation. Based on today’s AP rankings IU is playing 6 of the top 11 teams in the country!! 6 of the top 11! I wonder how often that has happened. Just crazy.
If our next game is interrupted by frogs falling from the sky, we’ll know that IU football truly is forsaken by God and that it’s time to officially give up.

Having a lot of walk-off home runs is a sign of greatness.
6 players had 12 walk-off home runs each during their career.
- B. Ruth
- F. Robinson
- S. Musial
- M. Mantle
- J. Foxx
- A. Pujols
But, they don't have the record. What Hall-Of-Famer has the record with 13 walk-off dingers?
I'll add a hint with each incorrect answer.
Even though he wasn’t considered a power hitter, this just seems like something he’d hold a record for: Derek Jeter.

To be fair I’ve never seen any of our coaches in the Candy Stripes.
First head coach we’ve had that wore them as a player. Appropriate, IMO. Kind of gives some local meaning to the phrase “earning your stripes”.

I am so sick of coaches always going for on 4th down and not getting at least some points
Some people say that you shouldn’t tempt fate, and for them I cannot disagree. But I never learned nothin’ from playing it safe, I say fate should not tempt me.

Wait …and you married her 😳…like knowing about the kentucky attendance ?
Half my household income comes from the evil blue organization, and both my kids were born there.

The correct answer is Cam Newton with 6 wins.5 as a Patriot and 1 as a Panther
If you only consider starts as a Patriot, he’s currently tied with Cassel, if anyone was curious.

This is pretty funny. Mick Jagger went to a bar in Charlotte and not one person recognized him.
The text of that article is wrong….that place was way too clean and well lit to be a real “dive bar”.

I hope this is a lesson for anyone in IU athletics: stay the hell away from anyone named “Sampson”.

...and for Bear Bryant, a split end.
That’s why he wore the hat. Conditioner would have taken care of that though.

What baseball Hall of Famer's given first name was 'Giuseppe'?
I’ll flip this around….what HOF-ers first & middle names were “Adrian Constantine”?

I'm of Scottish and Irish descent and appreciate and study Celtics language and culture.
It’s a word that Michael Meyers allegedly scrawled onto an abandoned school chalkboard. Which of course, the Doctor and his sister go into after him. Can’t remember much else about it, but it wasn’t a major plot point.

We tell our kids the exact same thing he mentions here. You have to play like that.
Don’t cross the line. Go right up to it, get your toes on it, maybe take a peek over….but don’t cross it. Sounds like what every football coach I’ve ever met or had would say.
