Legal action? For what? Not allowing someone to transfer after they’ve used their one time free transfer prior to being a grad transfer. I don’t see that holding up if that happened.

Good thing he won’t be transferring for at least a couple more years unless he wants to sit out a year.

That said they need a HC and OC that can maximize his potential.

I get your point but there’s cause and effect to everything. In the case of Carr would you rather IU have Carr or Mgbako? In this day and age of recruiting late spring recruiting and portal recruiting is just as important as HS early signing period recruiting. If IU lands 1 or 2 guys that are top 30 guys in the early period I’ll take that going into the spring.

McNeeley is number 1. Then it’s Queen and Boogie. Then Boateng was number 4 prior to this news. That said Liam is the key imo to getting the ball rolling.

IU had turned their attention to him over Swartz back when they backed off of him. That said I believe IU felt they could play together but McNeeley is definitely priority #1 and if there was a question of fit that could explain things.

Queen wasn’t as close to making a decision as McNeeley. I still expect him to take some visits but if IU lands McNeeley it is a boost for the Hoosiers in the pursuit of Queen.
