i totally agree. i know i am generally pessimistic and critical, but it drives me crazy when people act like one loss is the end of the world, but then turn around and act like one win and we're Final Four bound! we are what we are. great win last night! bad loss last game. unfortunately wins on the road are gonna likely be few and far between for this team. personally i just hope we at least make the tourney this year. i'd like to see more Galloway, Geronimo, and Leal. not necessarily saying any of them should start. i'd just like to see Kopp and Stewart pulled more often if they aren't hitting. they really don't offer much else and Leal can shoot just as well as either of them with more touches and shots. the other two bring a lot more energy. johnson and rob drive me crazy. i was about to say i'm a bigger fan of Rob at this point, but the numbers don't really support it.

my question is if Leal got the playing time and shot attempts that either Kopp or Stewart get, what would the result be? when he does get minutes he gets 1 or 2 shots. that's asking a lot for him to hit with that limited of shots. give me more Galloway, Geronimo, and Leal and less Stewart, Kopp, and Johnson.

I like this post. I have stopped coming here as much and try not to post much due to the wrong posters dominating this board, but I think you make a great point. There are people who think if you say anything negative you "aren't a real fan." There are people who are always negative. I consider myself a diehard fan who is generally guarded/pessimistic with my expectations/outlook. One thing that annoys me is when everyone gets super excited when we beat terrible teams easily or when we beat a lower level P5 team that is .500 and declare Woodson has gotten us back! Then the same people turn around and act like we are terrible when we lose to a good team. Gotta consider we who play each game. Unfortunately we are an average P5 team. Are we headed the right direction? I sure hope so. I think so personally. Am I ready to say Woodson has turned us around in less than a year? Of course not. Do I think we would have had very similar results thus far with CAM? Yeah, I do. Do I wish we still had him? Of course not. Just my opinions and I will watch every game and cheer for Old IU regardless.

I think you are very generous in finding all of those similarities. I honestly can't think of two much different players! Lander is a quick guard who has to be a PG if he has any chance. Not a good shooter. Not big. Calbert had no business being a PG. Silky smooth. Good sized wing. I was so confused how there could be any comparison, but you nailed those 4 things!

I'm trying to keep my comments to myself, but had to jump in on this one! I TOTALLY agree! I commented to my wife that some of the guys were laughing with each other. I want to see them kind of hopping around, looking mad, pumped, whatever.
