So all joking aside, this is one reason I always thought as a coach you need to wear the same attire each game. I absolutely hate wearing a tie, so as soon as I earned enough credit, I wore a school golf shirt and vest every game. Sure I changed colors of each and wore different pants and shoes, but if we had a particularly big game and someone would ask if I was going to wear a tie, I thought it would be a bad message to act like I only dress up for big games rather than every game was important. If Woodson wants to dress up at home and dress down on the road, fine. Don't change that for one particular game or because of a losing streak though. Stick with it.

I gotcha. I try not to engage with you, but I'll just say I personally disagree that the subbing hasn't cost us. I do get that Stewart is better than Leal though. I would just be curious to see what would happen if he got more minutes and actually put in positions to get shots. He's only taken 19 shots in the 9 games he has played. It's awful tough to be a 3 point shooter and come into the game cold and get 2 shots. Unfortunately that's what happens when you're the 11th man, but seems like he could contribute as a shooter.

Really doesn't matter what I think. We all have our preferences and all that matters is what the coaching staff thinks. That said, if you look at the common themes and kind of go in the middle, it seems nearly everyone other than @btownqbagree that we hate the 5 for 5 subbing. I admittedly have an old school view of subbing and really prefer playing the starters big minutes and numbers 6,7,8 decent minutes and #9 and #10 very sparingly. The modern game and modern society probably requires more of what btown is saying. You have to worry more about keeping everyone happy with playing time. You are also given the example of load management by the NBA. Personally I would like to see 2 starters on the floor at all times at a minimum. I'd like to see TJD and Race play huge minutes. I'd personally like to see more Geronimo and Galloway and at leas start seeing Leal again. I'd like to see them eat into Kopp and Stewart's time some on nights where they really aren't giving us anything. PG is such a conundrum. I guess XJ is better than RP, and we don't have any other choices. I hate for Bates to be the odd man out because it seems like he has so much potential, but we probably do have to give Durr a few minutes and I really hate the idea of playing 11. Probably the longest post I have ever made. Sorry about that, but I hate the line changes and would love to see the top 8 play the large majority with 9 and 10 getting literally like 2 minutes a half.

call it a draw! it is always interesting how both guys talk in such absolutes. leave absolutely no room to consider someone else could have a good point or just might actually be right. clash of the titans!

it is fascinating to watch 2 guys i never agree with argue. i'm curious to see who falls asleep first. otherwise this one is going the distance!
