i don't really see how we can expect a whole lot more talent on a roster with three 5 star recruits, a returning starter, and a 6th year PG as our first 5. they just fit horribly together and are playing out of position. they don't have chemistry. they don't play tough. etc, etc.

you definitely DON'T stand alone on this! i stand strongly beside you, but i don't think there's any way it happens. as a matter of fact, i would guess if we started a poll that the clear majority would rather him not get another year. i also think a poll would show that most think he will get another year.

yeah, I like him too. seems like a good guy and a cool dude. he obviously embraces IU history, has the alumni involved, is cool enough to get some talented kids, just not the guy to get us past mediocre. in that sense, a little like Crean? but Crean's teams were more fun to watch.

oh i agree. i just think he came in thinking one and done and told that was the goal and he isn't playing well enough. so he either tries to go and hope someone takes him on potential or likely blame the coaches/system and try it elsewhere. just my opinion and definitely hope i'm wrong.

here's something to think about though...how confident would you feel if Woodson went out and got a bunch of off the radar guys with 3 stars by their names? does anyone really think he'd turn them into a finely tuned machine? does anyone think we'd be better off?
