i don't really look these things up, but someone posted that at this minute we are considered dawgs in all remaining games. i guess at the same time it has us predicted at 16-15. i guess that's assuming we pull a couple "upsets." crazy to think where we are. super hard to imagine next year being better.

i will never want us to lose, but the consolation if we only manage 2-3 more wins is it has to put his job in jeopardy right? i am still thinking no way they fire him after this year, but if it ends that bad and next year doesn't seem to be any more promising, maybe they'll have to act after that?

this is the question... home games: NW, Nebraska, Mich St., Wisconsin. all winnable, but honestly all losable after what we saw today. then 5 road games. does anyone honestly think we win any of those?

so... 3 pts, 3 rebs in a loss to NEB. people voted for him to make a point that there shouldn't be one... 3 minutes, 0 points vs Rutgers in a loss...2 pts, 2 rebs, 1 asst in a loss to Ilinois. that's all i'm saying. no one really voted for him in those 3 games because they thought he was the MVP. to each their own though.

i couldn't be happier for him either. i'm pumped to be able to cheer for him. what i'm trying to say is that clearly we all have different opinions on what an MVP is. that's fine. i get that. i am curious what games he got votes though? now you're gonna make me look up his game by game stats! ... so other than last game his season high in minutes are 16, 13, and 12. his scoring highs are 5,3, and 2. rebounds 3,2, and 1. assists 1, 1, and 1. doesn't have any steals on the season. i mean, you can definitely argue it's because he hasn't gotten more time, but people have really thought he was the MVP (other than the last game) with 5 points, 3 rebounds, and 1 steal being his absolute possible best game if they were all in the same game? then if so, his next best game was 3 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist.

this is because people thought it was funny to vote for Leal when he didn't even get in the game. not much validity to the voting when Ware isn't overall 1st right?

well, i was definitely counting this one as a win and still fell like it will be. i also view it as a must win. of course now i'm nervous that they won at Rutgers, they press aggressively, and we are very likely shorthanded X, MR, or both. great. now i'm worried again.

this is what i'm saying. i am so happy for Leal and about Leal and to each their own, but Ware was the MVP of the game. definitely an atta boy to Leal!

don't know how you can't be happy for Leal. just an easy guy to cheer for! have enjoyed watching Ware all season. he has made a rough season more exciting. good to see Mtaco shooting more. his % is rough, but hopefully that will be the next thing to come. gonna be really interesting.
