When did it become mandatory for youth to have an Hunter's Education class? I was in the 6th grade when I took mine, but it wasn't needed to hunt.

My trapping money bought me a Honda 50 Trailbike and then a few years later a Yamaha 80 Enduro.

Opening day of squirrel season was like X-mas morning to me. I trapped as well, there was big money in that for a 10 year-old kid.

I can still remember the wiffle ball field at my parents house. 90 ft down the left field line, 75 foot down the right. 120 to straight away center. I had signs hanging on the barbed wire fence. Every once in a while somebody would hit a johnson and the ball would hit a cow.

Really. That is so cool. Never followed it through to the computer age but there were 8 of us that had a league all through HS. I miss the game and those days.
