To add to the Cards....4 left with L.A., 3 with the Mets, and 3 with San Diego. If they get into the play-offs they will have earned it.

I do believe "we" still have 6 games left against the Cards. The Cards still have 10 games left with the Brewers as well. Basically St. Louis has a tough path.

At this point I ain't worried about them. But things could change.

According to what I have seen, the Padres have the toughest schedule remaining in MLB. That being said the Reds better keep an eye on the Phils.

Now that was before my time...and my Dad's as well. I remember Pinson playing, just not for the Reds. Nuxhall used to reference Vada quite a bit back in the day on WLW. As far as Frank, he is an answer to many trivia questions I have heard over the years.

Before my time, sort of, but a lot of my generation forgets that Vada Pinson was a helluva player for the Reds. They traded him '68.

Too bad the Cubs won't be any good next year....

In case you missed it: Per CBS Votto became the second major league player to get his 2,000th hit, 300th home run and 1,000th RBI in the same season. Hall of Famer Billy Williams did it with the Cubs in 1971. Votto joins Johnny Bench as the only Reds with 2,000 hits and 300 homers, and his 26 homers this season are his most since he hit 36 in 2017.
